We work only with trusted, reputable suppliers. Once an item is received, it goes through a second round of authentication and condition review, including hygiene and quality checks for all vintage and pre-owned pieces.
We do not support or condone the sale of counterfeit or replica goods under any circumstances. If an item cannot be confidently authenticated, it will not be listed or sold — period.
Please Note:
Because many of our items are vintage or archival, original packaging (such as dust bags, authenticity cards, or boxes) may not always be included. This is completely normal, as accessories are often separated from the item over time. However, this does not affect authenticity.

If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for covering a new shipping fee if they choose to have the item re-shipped.

To request a sourced item, simply send us a message (via Instagram DM @excusemyvintage or our contact form) with the item name, brand, size, color, and your budget. If you have reference photos, feel free to include those as well.
Once received, we’ll begin searching through our trusted network of suppliers. If the item is located, we’ll share photos, pricing, and condition details for your approval before any payment is made.
Sourcing requests are first come, first served, and availability varies since many pieces are vintage or limited. We recommend reaching out as soon as you know what you’re looking for.
